AI Automations Expert — AI Systems & Automation · AI Systems Builder · 0–3 years
Make AI actually do things.
Build useful AI systems for Brandhero and its clients: understand a messy workflow, connect the tools, handle failures, ship it and measure whether it works. Not a prompt-engineer-only role.
What you'll really own
- Understand the business problem before choosing what should be automated and what should stay human.
- Build workflows across data, APIs, AI, tools and actions for internal and client teams.
- Handle bad data, duplicate events, rate limits, failed integrations and human approvals.
- Ship working versions, document them and track reliability, cost and outcomes.
What great looks like
- You can explain the trigger, source of truth, state, retries and fallback for what you built.
- You move from architecture to a tested working system, not just a demo or recommendation.
- You measure time saved, error rates and how much human work remains.
We care about
- System thinking
- Execution
- Reliability
- AI judgment
- Data
- Debugging
- Measurable outcomes
We don't care about
- Tool loyalty
- Certifications
- An impressive demo that breaks tomorrow
- Years of experience over working proof
Show us receipts
Show 2–5 things you built: the problem, workflow, stack, your contribution and outcome.
Show how the system handles edge cases, bad data or failures.
Link a demo, repository, workflow export or architecture and explain what is live.
This may not be for you if…
- —You mostly consume AI content rather than build working systems.
- —You stop when the happy-path demo works once.
- —You avoid APIs, or debugging.
