We collect what you give us to apply: your contact details, CV, links, work samples, answers, a selfie video, and your challenge submission. We use it only to assess you for the role you applied to (and future roles if you opt in).
AI-assisted review
AI helps us read CVs, map evidence and draft summaries. A person makes every hiring decision. AI is instructed never to judge appearance, accent, gender, religion, caste, health or family status, and every AI judgement is logged and can be overridden.
Storage and access
Files are stored privately and only the Brandhero hiring team can open them through short-lived links. We keep unsuccessful applications for 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer or delete them sooner.
